Digital Starter Comcast

I'm thinking of starting go with Comcast Digital Dish Network DVR package with 200 channels and DVR. You can also choose the 200 with HD package. I'm in Michigan.
Living in Michigan, you may not want. Snow and ice cover the dish and you will have input at all. And of course representatives are slow to respond to trouble calls. I would just dish if Comcast was not available.
