Famous digital artists – anyone have a favorite?

I am forced to create a PowerPoint presentation for one of my classes in a person who has much success in my field of interest (digital art – Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) I have some problems because all I can think of are traditional artists, whose work I admire and have a hard time finding a graphic artist that I would write. Any ideas?
