What is the best software for digital art in general?
I have Photoshop Elements, but we really need to know the views of others. I've been working on an illustrated graphic novel (the plot and character descriptions) for about three or four years, from time to time .. and then, only used .. graphite, but I have a 9 x 12 inch Graphics Tablet Adesso, and I wonder simplest, most effective program to work with my tablet. Digital art as in the ink and the color of digitized works .. no photo-manipulation. Thanks in advance!
