Best camera for my situation?

I'm looking to get a new digital camera, hopefully around / under $ 200, if possible. I use mostly my senior year catalog brother. The drum captain, so many Marching Band (shot from distance, and usually at night), inside is shown in flash is allowed and sometimes not allowed, and some just posing around and such. I also use the camera to show my boyfriend's band. The rooms are usually on the inside, without flash favorite, but often enough to get very close to the stage and avoid the obstacle from the crowd. So, most want a fast camera that gives me clear and defined images with these conditions. There has to be perfect or anything, but definitely better the shit from my digital camera lol $ 50 target. I'm almost a beginner with photography, I know more about film cameras, but I'm not a complete idiot. Any ideas?

Looking for something with higher megapixels, 3x digital zoom should be good enough for 6-7MP is really good quality and resolution. I listed some high efficiency cameras to save money.
