A favorite pastime at fairs and theme parks is watching with fascination as caricature artists create quick hand-drawn rendition of cartoons of the visitors delighted. Few men of such acute artistic talents. A software developer in California is changing that with the launch of Caricature Studio 5.0 New Photo Suite, the embodiment of 5th of a popular caricature software utility that creates the cartoon and the art of novelty from normal images. Originally launched in 2006, version 5.0 has become an impressive array of tools that now has the caricature software wizards, with head, body, face exchange, animation, web capture cam, green screen, and more.

Caricature Studio 5.0 was designed for ease of use with a familiar Windows interface. Many of the tools such as size, zooming, brush and others will be familiar to Windows users. Besides the great caricature effects software, there is a library of clip art and templates for creating projects. Old-West style "Wanted" posters and magazine parody covers can be conjured, in minutes, ready for printing. Packet filters with Caricature Studio include providing comic style and coloring effects make caricatures of "hand drawn" look. The software also supports the popular format plugin for Photoshop that offers endless possibilities for image manipulation. In addition to the caricature of art, can also add bubbles of dialogue and text boxes anywhere on the image to produce panels of a comic style and picture for purposes of cartoons. The head on the body and tools exchange face means they no longer have to be an expert in Photoshop to create fake big celebrity.

Version 5.0 not only a great caricature of software. It has also transition into the professional arena with new functions aimed at Live Photo novelty event vending. These include Live Capture support for digital cameras SLR, and a display mode which produces a slideshow of images designed to show the product and attract customers. The promoter, novelty Photo Software, LLC offers business packages for those wishing to use Caricature Studio in commercial applications and retail. Moreover, a new feature picture overlays offers over 100 templates for the magazine parody covers, posters and picture frames.

So how well does it work? Surprisingly good. Even for the artistically questioned, it is very easy to produce comic images quickly from regular images.

Adults and children are Caricature Studio entertaining and useful. It can be used to create a variety of custom art for greeting cards, wedding announcements, invitations, birthday and sales flyers. The included help file details how to embellish t-shirts, mugs, posters and mouse pads with his caricatures for gifts truly personal. Webmasters can create custom avatars and web graphics. The original version published in 2006 received wide acclaim from the publishers site shareware. Repeat users will find version 5.0 far surpasses its predecessor in terms of features, functionality and image quality.
